Joined legal profession in 1983 with elder brother Shri NN Mathur , Sr. Advocate , who was subsequently appointed as Judge of the Rajasthan High Court and post retirement became Vice Chancellor of the National Law University , Jodhpur.

Practiced before Rajasthan High court at Jodhpur mainly in Civil and Constitutional matters .

Appointed as Judge of the Rajasthan High Court on September 2nd , 2004 .
Appointed as Judge of the Allahabad High Court in the year 2017 by way of transfer and was appointed as Chief Justice of that Court on November 14 , 2018

Pravir Kumar is a retired IAS officer (1982 batch) of UP cadre. He did B.Tech. (Electrical Engg.) from IIT Kanpur (Best All-rounder Gold medallist) and later did M.Sc. (Economics) from University of Wales, Swansea (U.K.). He has vast administrative as well as judicial experience of nearly 4 decades and has
served in various capacities in Government of Uttar Pradesh as well as Central government. 0In the Central government he has served as Secretary, Govt. of India in MHA (Secretary, Inter StateCouncil), DGFT in Department of Commerce (drafted the Foreign Trade Policy in 2015, whichcontinued till 2023), Zonal Development Commissioner of SEZs in Gujarat (Kandla, Mundra, Dahej and nearly 50 other SEZs in Gujarat) and Joint Secretary in the Ministry of MSME.

Prashant Chandra, a founder trustee has been in legal practice since 1979. He has a vast and varied experience in several jurisdictions and has been appearing in various High Courts as well as the Supreme Court of India. A Door Tennant in Halcyon Chambers, Birmingham, United Kingdom, he was designated Senior Advocate by the Full Court of Uttar Pradesh High Court and is privileged to have a right of audience before all courts. He has been appearing primarily in civil, tax, criminal and arbitration matters before the High Courts and Tribunals. He is a prolific writer and his last book “Child Custody, Detention and Release” has been published by the LEXIS-NEXIS in April 2023. He is passionately involved in promoting mediation and arbitration and is a staunch supporter of the alternative dispute resolution mechanism. Proprietor of a law firm – Prashant Chandra and Company, he has a team of lawyers, paralegals, and other support staff.

MANISH MEHROTRA is an Attorney and a Senior Arbitration Litigation Counsel with over 31 years of experience in lawsuits and legal opinion. He is a lead counsel of Commercial Arbitrations, Business Litigation, Contracts, and Consumer Law. Has been successfully practicing on the civil Side since last three decades in the Uttar Pradesh State High Court at Lucknow, Commercial Court’s, and Consumer Courts. He has also appeared in matters at the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi. He is a Life member of the Oudh Bar Association, State High Court, Lucknow.
Manish has a vast experience in Arbitration matters and has appeared in about 150 Arbitration cases. He is also nominated as an Arbitrator in matters. He is a regular invitee Speaker on Alternative Dispute Mechanism, Arbitration and Quick Justice at Institute of Judicial Training JTRI, Lucknow in a training program for all the Judges of UP District Judiciary.
